Best heating pad
This is the best portable heating pad I’ve ever owned and I own a few. Stays hot the hottest setting is actually a bit to hot -and that’s a good thing

Works perfectly
I'm not much for words, leaving a five star review because this product works as described, and it's comfy. Customer support was very helpful. I foolishly missed the part in the description about plugging this into a 5V 2A, and was using a 5V 1A at first, which will not work. It started working right away once plugged into a 5V 2A adapter.

Great heating pads
I bought two of these for my arms. I have severe tendonitis in both elbows. They work great to help ease the pain. It has three heat levels. All work very well. The high heat is definitely hot, so be aware when using on high. The size is adjustable for comfort. I have fat biceps and they fit nicely. I definitely recommend these.

Smaller than I expected.
Did not seem to get warm enough for my liking. Used it for neck and elbow pain relief.
