I used to be a huge Tempur-pedic pillow fan for the last 25 years, until I found this brand, UTTU. I absolutely love this cervical pillow. It consistently supports my neck, does not get hot (I live in Florida), and actually lasted 1.5 years longer than my Tempur-pedic pillow. My Tempur- pedic pillows had to be replaced every year, because they would break down and not support my neck. In fact, I used to write the date on the tag, so when I started having neck issues, I could check the date and know it needed to be replaced. This has been going on for 25 plus years! I finally decided to research and look for another pillow that would still give me the cervical support and not cost as much, because I was having to replace them so often. Paying $100 each year for a new pillow is a little extreme. Thank you UTTU for this amazing pillow! It has been 2.5 years since I bought my first UTTU pillow, and I just ordered a new one. This pillow is really helping relieve my neck and shoulder pain that I have been waking with every day. It also helps me stay in a better position at night because of the contours of the pillow holding me in place. It’s supportive but soft and very comfortable! It comes with a nice cover to protect it, although I do use a satin pillowcase over it. If ordering the king size, make sure you have a queen size pillow case (20x30) because the pillow is not a true king size (which is 20x36). See photo for comparison. It’s still large enough for me. I put it away in my closet when I make my bed for the day. Because it is foam, it does have an odor to it at first, but I have noticed that it significantly faded in the first week. I am usually sensitive to this, but it didn’t bother me much. Just air it out when not in use and it will fade faster. Overall I give this a 10/10. I’m very happy with it!

LOVE the pillow - this was a replacement for one that was five years old. But, why does it seem that manufacturers don't want us to recycle packaging?! I understand wanting the box to stay sealed up, but...the top had sort of a pull-tab zipper to open it, but not the bottom. It was glued shut, but not just lines of glue - the entire bottom flap was covered in glue! My husband had to literally cut the box to flatten it for the recycling bin! There's no reason the bottom couldn't have had those same pull tabs as the top! Please do better to encourage recycling!

Adjustable feature enabled me to remove the middle layer and make this pillow fit my body. Wasting the middle layer is annoying but it’s the only way to get the height I need. I am 43 yo and 5’5” with average build. I know from previous contour pillows that I need my pillow’s high side to be 3.5-4” max for optimal alignment and no pain. I don’t know how I ever used regular pillows growing up because I cannot use them now at hotels/other people’s homes, thank goodness these pillows are available.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:After weeks and weeks of waking up with neck and shoulder pain, I finally found this pillow. Get this - after sleeping just 4 hours with this pillow my neck pain was gone! I had tried other neck pillows but they didn't help or were too uncomfortable, but this pillow does the trick. It cradles your neck and head with this nice memory foam. Usually I'm not a memory foam fan, but this stuff is awesome. There are 3 different levels you can try, I found the lowest one works for me. I am SO freaking happy I tried this particular pillow!!!

Great pillow, but if you have a nice matress I would recommend something that allows you to be more level with how your neck and the rest of your body lay - this may have your neck too elevated. We have a tempurpedic bed, my husband has a tempurpedic pillow and I was trying to find a cheaper alternative. While this pillow has been great; after a year of use, I find that my neck and head are still too elevated and it causes strain on my back after long hours of sleep - like if I’m sick and stay in bed for long periods of time. Ultimately, I find myself wanting my husbands pillow so I’m investing in the cooling temp urpedic like he has now.

I am so very glad I ordered this pillow, it is really comfortable! I have issues with my neck and back and I could tell after sleeping on the pillow, it was a game changer! My issues with my neck are becoming less noticeable! Would recommend to give this pillow a try!PS I bought one for my son and he is really enjoying his!

For me, this is my second purchase of an UTTU foam pillow. There's something exceptional about the density of their foam that when my head an neck hits it, my whole body just shuts down and goes into "sleep mode". I've tried other foam pillows and down products but this one is just amazing to me and all the others are just "bleh".
