I’ve had the Pixie Willow Steamer for a few years now and I saw this one and thought it was time for an upgrade . Love that you can steam sterilize or boil sterilize all in one. It’s not too big/ bulky . Very simple and cute design. Perfect fit for restroom countertop and compact enough for simple storage. Has a dial knob/ timer setting which is way more efficient than the button on my old steamer . It comes with a little brush and clamp tool to remove your cup/ disc. Inside compartment is very spacious. I use for my Hello Disc.

The first one I bought had an issue with the timer. I emailed the company—as per the instructions on the box for issues—and they were extraordinary! They sent me a new one quickly and it worked great. I love that I don’t have to use my cooking pot to sterilize my cup anymore. I recommend using distilled water to keep mineral deposits from collecting in it. If you’re on the fence about getting one of these, they’re TOTALLY worth it, and the customer service is great. I recommend the stain remover packets too!

This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. This steamer/sterilizer works fast, and has been a game changer since I’ve started using reusable menstrual products. It saves me from having to use a pot and stove or even a microwave to properly clean my discs, and it doesn’t take up too much counter space.

I used this to sterilize my period disc every month before at the end of my period, before I put away my disc I would sanitize my period discs. This product covenient, before I use microwave, then I bought a new pot just for my period disc. Thank good for this product. Very convenient. Easy to use and put away. I would recommend 💯. I only purified water on mine.

I have both the pixie menstrual cup steamer sterilizer which I use after every use and then I use boiling method at the end because I find it helps with any cup discoloration as well. If you’re like me and get grossed out by using something you cook with, this is for you. It’s small and fits comfortably on my countertop. You don’t have to sit and watch it like you would a pot on the stove which is a plus in my book.

Works perfectly. Super easy and much simpler and less messy way to clean and sanitize.

Me gustó, funciona bien y limpia bien, si me da la seguridad de que la copa queda limpia, lo único es que si le ponen mucho tiempo el agua se va a salir o evaporar totalmente por obvias razones que es que si hierve el agua, como recomendación úsenla solo en los 5 minutos o poquito arriba y con eso será suficiente, para que hierba, si la van a esterilizar por primera vez si pongan los 15 minutos pero estén pendientes de que no se salga el agua y de rellenar el agua pq como dije el agua se evapora. EXCELENTE SERVICIO ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I initially received my Pixie Ginny sterilizer and the timer was broken. I contacted the company and they were great about getting me a new one! Would definitely do more business with this company in the future and more of their products.
