This thing works. I bought the rest of the kit from another brand based in reviews. I bought this thinking “it’s just a block with magnets. There weren’t any complaints.” And true enough, it’s a great price and a great product. Has all the angles to complement the basic knife holders that come in the kits.

Decent product albeit somewhat eccentric. Long blades and varying shapes make it diffcult to use.

I had been on the fence about spending this much for a knife sharpener for a long time. Now I’m only mad. I didn’t do it sooner. Works great absolutely love it.

This is good for larger knives. Smaller Knives don't get as much contact area with the magnetic strip and tend to slip. Plus it lacks a base to help keep your angle consistent. Larger knives can contact the surface you set your holder pro on. Smaller you are positioning by eyeball.

Love it. Love having the block that actually uses the correct angle for different knives. Whats really nice about it your not tearing your knives up with the store bought that angles that are not adjustable. It does take patiences learning the angles. End the end you come out with the proper sharpen angle for the type of knife that's being used. I love it!!!!

The 4 additional levels should meet any knife set requirements.

The additional grinding angles pretty well allows you to sharpen everything you use from cleavers to Japanese knives. It is an awesome piece of kit.
