Item is not good quality.

It gets three stars purely because the taste was not as bad as I expected. Almost like a dark chocolate/black licorice flavor. I had seen other reviews claiming how horrible it was to choke down. It was not what was in the picture. I did use all of it and discarded the jar already so I cannot say if it was the correct volume, but it looked like something that had been on the shelf for a long time at a local maand pa market. Did not notice any difference to my health or performance and would not waste my time or money again.
