I'm always reluctant to buy products with not many reviews. This works excellent. Not used for long so will have to see how it holds up to wear and tear. The call button doesn't feel very robust and I'm worried it will eventually break. The range is fantastic.

Fait bien l’affaire pour les petits restaurants. Je l’ai pris pour organiser un peu mieux le service et ça change vraiment la vie au quotidien. Les sonnettes sont simples à utiliser, même pour quelqu’un qui n’est pas très à l’aise avec la technologie. L’écran est clair, on voit tout de suite quel numéro appelle, donc pas de stress ni de confusion. La portée est bonne, ça capte bien même avec un peu de distance ou des murs. L’installation m’a pris à peine quelques minutes, tout est déjà quasiment prêt à l’emploi. Les clients comprennent vite le principe et ça évite pas mal d’allers-retours inutiles. Petit plus : le design est discret, ça ne fait pas gadget. Pour le prix, je trouve que ça fait vraiment le job. Je recommande sans hésiter si vous voulez gagner en efficacité 👍

O recetor tem um ecrã grande e bem visível, com aviso sonoro claro e opção de anúncio por voz, o que evita falhas ou chamadas perdidas. Os botões de chamada respondem bem, são resistentes à água e podem ser usados sem receios em contextos mais exigentes. A instalação é rápida e o emparelhamento dos botões não tem complicações. Depois de configurado, o sistema trabalha de forma estável, sem interferências, mesmo com vários botões ativos em simultâneo. No geral, é uma solução profissional, robusta e bem pensada para restaurantes, hotéis ou instituições de apoio. Recomendo para uso sério e contínuo.

Prodotto che personalmnete non ho mai visto utilizzare sul campo. E' praticamente un set di "campanelli" per la richiesta di assistenza, che sia al tavolo di un ristorante o in una camera d'albergo. Ogni tasto va programmato affinchè risulti con un determinato numero corrispondente al tavolo/camera; quando il cliente lo suona si riceverà un alert all'hub principale, posto nel centro di comando dell'attività (nella hall dell'albergo o al banco ordini del ristorante). Il prodotto funziona ma la realizzazione è molto economica, l'estetica molto retrò. Piuttosto trovo eccessivo il costo del set per quello che è, ma guardandomi introno vedo che i prezzi si aggirano sempre intorno ai 200 euro. Se pensassi di adottare un sistema simile probabilmente cercherei di implementarlo nell'arredamento.

UPDATE: Singcall has sent me two new buttons directly from China. I recently purchased Singcall for my establishment, hoping they would enhance our service efficiency. Unfortunately, my experience with these buttons has been quite disappointing. Firstly, the buttons break down very fast. In less than a few months, we have already had two buttons fail. One located in the patio was damaged due to the poor quality of the rubber seal designed to protect it from water. This rubber is extremely fragile and does not stay in place, leading to water damage. Moreover, while the buttons are very easy to open, this is not necessarily a good thing. Customers accidentally open the buttons, which causes additional disruptions and potential damage. In summary, these buttons do not meet the standards expected for a reliable service call system. The quick degradation, fragile components, accidental openings, and inconsistent performance make them a poor choice. I would not recommend Singcall buttons to anyone looking for a long-term solution.
