Well-constructed, quick response time
This seems to be a very well-constructed kit, and I’m really looking forward to exploring robotics with it as soon as I receive an updated board for the raspberry pi 5. (I had purchased a version of the kit designed to be used with the pi 4.) Support has been very responsive to questions I have had.

Great Product for learners
Honestly this robot is great. The assembly was very easy. There are illustrated and video assembly instructions that answered every question I had. The arm also came preassembled which saves a lot of time. I had some trouble getting it to work and contacted support. They were very helpful and resolved my issue very quickly. Will definitely be buying their more advanced kits in the future when I'm done playing with this one.

Surprisingly high quality
I bought this to develop my own robotics algorithms and I’m honestly pretty impressed with the build quality here. The servos are solid and rigid with very little backlash. The metal plates are sturdy. And the affordances for additional hardware and electronics is perfect for tinkerers. Even the mecanum wheels are pretty robust. The drive motors are the only questionable part, but I think they’ll do fine. Highly recommended!
