Easy to use and looks great
I made a repair near my kitchen sink and no one can tell there was ever a chip.

Worked amazingly well
I needed to repair a hole where a pebble fell out of my smooth quartz shower wall. I ordered the clear version of the product and uses painter’s tape to protect the area around the hole and used one long strip below it to protect against any drips or strings from the mixture. I used all of the nozzles that came in the kit since the mixture would drip after a few minutes and I wanted to make sure the hole was filled completely. The smell was not nearly as bad as other reviewers claimed. I let it set for 3 hours and then used the 2 included sanding pads. I was worried about scratches but since I used painter’s tape, there was no scratching. The smoother pad was really just for the final polish. It turned out amazingly well as you can see in my photos. The only way I could tell that I patched the hole is if I shine a UV flashlight on it and then it glows white. I will definitely use this product again when I need to do any future patches.

Works well, but smells very bad
We use this kit to fix a countertop in a rental bathroom, where they chipped the edge around the sink. It worked pretty well, but the smell was terrible.

Great Product!
This is a great product. Easy to use and the match is great. The instructions were a great help and easy to follow. I did this myself and you cannot see any difference where the repair was made and the rest of the counter.

Incredibly toxic fumes DO NOT BUY
I almost never right reviews, but i feel I have to for this product as it almost sent me to the ER. Now I am an artist and have experience with toxic fumes but didn't realize the degree this product contained. I didn't see anything stating to use a respirator and i pored about the same amount of chemical composition as was shown in the demo video. When I started to mix the product i noticed a strong smell so I opened the windows. It started getting worse so I went outside to continue mixing the mixture (which recommends 2 min) but it was getting worse, I tried the best I could to get through the mixing and applying processes so I could let it be. I quickly noticed though feeling very ill (an experience I am familiar with when not using proper PPE with chemicals). I started feeling very sick to my stomach and my throat in a lot of pain. This lasted until the next day and I had all the windows open in my place. I honestly thought I was going to need to go to the ER for using about a gram of the product. I strongly do not recommend using this, I am in my 20's and still having some symptom the same day. I honestly would like an apology by the company

Requires work to mix and use
Not the mfg fault but I thought it could be squeezed out of tube.

Worked well
Needless to say I was very upset when I chipped my quartz countertop a year after being in my newly built home. I was emptying the dishwasher and accidentally smacked a thick glass measuring cup right at the edge of the quartz. I immediately went on Amazon to see what products were out there to see if I could possibly fix it. I read every review for this product and looked at photos before I purchased this and figured I would give it a try. I first taped off the area and then I did a 4:1 ratio making the paste as though it was the consistency of peanut butter and gave it a few seconds to start thickening before applying. I applied carefully and once I was done applying the product I waited a minute then carefully removed the tape. I did place some tape close to the area while drying just as a reminder so no one in the house forgot about it and accidentally bumped into it during the day. I let it dry for 4 hours before sanding. Prior to sanding I taped the area again all around where I had filled it in to ensure I didn’t damage my surrounding quartz. After sanding was done I removed the tape and I am very happy with the results! I used white and not the translucent. After reading reviews of those who used the translucent and it turning yellow I knew I didn’t want that so white worked great. Make sure you open windows or doors, it is very strong so just be mindful of who is home especially if you have little ones or pets. I did this on a nice afternoon so I had doors open for a few hours to ventilate.

It actually works
Was skeptical about it working based on some of the reviews, but it actually did what it’s supposed to do. Had a chip on my counter and used this to fill it. Had to do 3 applications to make it look how I wanted it to. Would suggest putting on more and then using the sandpaper provided to get the excess off when it dries. Can’t even tell there was a chip there anymore. The fumes are pretty intense though so you should definitely have a window open when using this product.
