Manufacturer please explain if the plastic bag inside the burlap bag has to be removed
Hi, got this because of the burlap bags with the string for hanging. That's exactly what I need.I gave only star because I would like the manufacturer to advice whether the second plastic bag, the one inside the burlap bag needs to removed. The instructions don't mention it. After removing the outside plastic bag one can smell the essential oils, so my guess is that the inside plastic bag lets somehow the smells filter out, but probably reduces their strength. So talk to us and you will get more stars
