Great product to Grow. can someone advise how to clean the roots gwon through the seive

Sprouts get wedged in the holes and grow through. Then break off when you try to lift them out.

Love the shape

Produced an excellent crop of mung beans very easily. However, under the trays, they bent the lip inward, which creates a small gap that roots get into. The gap is so small that the roots get stuck and trying to get them out it's extremely difficult. I included a picture of one of the trays. The entire lip is filled with roots that grew down into it, but the actually opening is really small, so you can't pull them out because they just tear away. This makes cleaning very frustrating. Four stars though because the steel is real and solid. I know this because to solve the root issue I was going to just cut away the area with a dremel, but my dremel can barely get through it. The metal is light and thin but surprisingly strong. Very happy to see the company using quality materials. If they updated their design to remove the lip at the bottom I would buy this again and recommend it. It's excellent otherwise.
