The taste is very earthy taste, but I added fresh lemon squeezed &I can add honey in it also so we can taste better. The taste is strong & the first time I tried it would just they ate ounce of water.It was unbearable to drink but when it comes to greens, it takes a while to get used to them. Adding at least a 12 oz. of water made a difference .It is suppose to have a lot of health benefits. I used a hand frother to make sure everything blended nice .The color is very green! The container was sealed properly!

i was excited to try this-it 'did' come with powder all on the outside of the sealed? HUGE cannister but i hoped it wasn't opened and i added 1 tsp. to my daily smoothie and later at night, i started feeling very anxious and hot/sweaty but wasn't sure why-i eat healthy and don't drink or smoke-anyway-2nd day-made my smoothie and added this and last night-worse and trying to sleep-i actually felt my heart vibrating instead of beating and strange/awful feelings all over-even thought i might be dying-scary stuff OR, it's just not for me.
