Wow!
Considering there are FAR more expensive versions of this available, I wasn't expecting too much from this water flosser. But I was wrong! It's powerful, quiet and easy to use. Charging from USB-C is a bonus. The DIY mode lets you customise how powerful you want the water jet to be. I'd recommend using warm water if you've got sensitive teeth. Slight concern over the availablity of replacement tips, but I guess only time will tell. Very pleased, and pleasantly surprised overall.

Use soft to start
Charged up. BUTTONS QUITE FIDDLY. Set to normal. More forceful than expected. Ensure over sink as water spray is everywhere! Reset soft. Quite forceful, but bearable. Maybe OK when used a few times.Mouth/teeth feel tingly & clean.

Water everywhere!
Unfortunately I have had to return this. It sprayed my face, the mirror and the sink with water. I couldn’t even keep my eyes open to see where to direct it as the water was spraying in my eyes, which then resulted in me misaiming and it was very painful when it hit my lips and under my tongue! A real shame because my teeth did feel much cleaner after using it.

Great flosser
Great flosser, very powerful and cleans well. Still use interdental sticks and string floss but its great on its own as well. Would recommend.

Not great
It’s not very powerful. I bought this one specifically as it says it’s extra powerful but it’s not it’s really soft and I don’t feel like it cleans my teeth. Good price and delivery but not a fully effective product I don’t think.

Made my gums so healthy!
Got this after my dentist suggested using water floss to keep food out of my teeth and it works great. It's so easy and quick to use after eating a meal or before bed that It was an easy addition to my routine. The battery life is great and I travel with it and don't need to charge it while away. The container holds alot of water and it's a great product.

Easy Fill and Easy to Use
Side fill and unscrewed top fill make this flosser super easy to use. It also comes with many different flosser head attachments as well as a dental mirror. I have been using it for a while now and something that used to take 20 minutes only takes 5 minutes now. It works great and I love how you can change the pulse without changing the flosser head.

Works Great
This dental flosser is so easy to use and works great. I've been having trouble with my teeth so decided to get a flosser. This was just what I was looking for. Simple to use and cleans awesome. My teeth feel 100% better. Wish I would have got one years ago. Try it!!!

Works as expected with a couple design flaws
This is my first water-flosser so some of my reaction might be inexperience. This tool certainly does the job. It power-washes my teeth smooth, and I can tell it's working on chipping away at the accumulated plaque between teeth and under my gum line. I love that this ostensibly is doing the job of manual flossing a lot faster than me trying to garrote floss between and around each individual tooth. My technique will get better. My two observations about this device which could make it easier to use:#1: The power button is hard to find without looking at the unit. This means if I'm trying to turn it off and can't find the button, I have to take it out of my mouth and aim it down into the sink. Invariably, water ricochets from the sink, and I end up spraying the mirror, the walls, and sending my cats fleeing. The on/off button is flush with the case, unlike the pressure adjustment button which is prominent and has a tactile bump you can feel - but you can adjust the pressure while the unit is off and I've never needed to change pressure on the fly. Also, to stop the water, you must squeeze the power button AND RELEASE it which causes some flailing while you're trying to contain the water spray and tell if your finger is on the button. The impulse is to grip it instead of release for control This could be solved by adding a "home row" type bump to the power button so you can feel it without looking. What would be even better: if the power button acted as a trigger so you hold it to spray and release to stop it for more definite control.#2: The 300ml capacity is great and a feature of this device. However, the water intake tube is flexible and depending on how it curves and the position of the unit, the intake hose can start emerging from under the water coming up dry once you're down to 200ml and the unit is tilted past 45 degrees, which is about the only way to get the stream to hit the back of your bottom teeth even when leaning as far forward as possible. This could be improved by either making the intake tube less flexible and make it exactly the right length to reach the bottom middle of the tank without curving. Or if the intake channel was built into the reservoir so it pulls water from the bottom and remains submerged even when tilted.

Great Customer Service Support
Purchased this dental water flosser. Of all the tips, I liked the periodontal tips as it has a silicone attached to the tip which helps floss in between the teeth better. After a month or so, I noticed that the silicone tip must have come off and I emailed customer support. They were very responsive and immediately sent me a replacement set of tips.
