Small & Poorly Made
The dinosaur arrived broken at the neck and the letters were poorly cut. The letter 'r' in "birthday" is barely visible. It is also quite small.

Overall, it worked well for my grandson's cake. I baked a 9" layer cake, any larger and the topper would probably be insignificant.
