The perfect projector (for the price)
Great value for money! Got it for 6k INR a year ago and no problems so far. I've seen people say it's quite laggy but doesn't seem to be the case for me. Netflix works fine but I mostly use moonlight to stream games from my steam deck to it. Only drawback is the audio quality. I've tried using the built in EQ to find a good balance but the built in speaker simply doesn't have enough low end, so I just use bluetooth. In all fairness, you can't really expect a lot considering the price it's being sold at.

The projector has filth and dust in the lenses from the assembly
Portronics is the worst company I've ever came through literally the worst customer support I ordered a projector and it has filth and dust inside the lenses, so when you project something in the wall you can see nothing. I called customer support and sent them the product videos and tax invoice more than 5 times and still they are unable to review the problem in the projector. Then I thought of going to service center then I came to know that portronics doesn't even have a service center in tier 2 city jabalpur . Portronics only knows how to sell the product and forgets about the product quality and honestly worst customer support ever. Giving one star because 1 is lowest it gets

Green screen issue
It works perfectly. The brightness quality is great in low light, and the keystone correction is good. The setup is easy and the screen mirroring is also good. However, there’s a recurring issue where the screen sometimes turns green. I am facing this problem occasionally.
