Nut came with package for handrest fixing not fitting properly bought new on my own cost and fixed somehow but habdrest is now wobbling.Headrest is not fixing in straight positing. Always coming to downward position so difficult to rest our head. Button on backside of headrest is of no use.Chair mesh stitching is poor.. Threads are coming out withing one day.And sliding leaver is not locking properly all times after locking also chair is sliding backwars sometimes.Overall mechanisms is very poor qualityReally felt bad buying this item with so much price.Also there is no refund option. Replacement option also not there if item is damage replacement of same item. Will work...if quality and mechanism it's very bad how come replacement will work.Now my hard earned total 6600rs is wate...

Horrible quality .. no one should buy this … total looting of money of customer … surprised that Amazon is reselling such low quality / high priced chair by fooling customer by photographs on the App.NO PROVISION FOR RETURN ALSO !!!

The media could not be loaded.  Arm rest Size is to small..

I wont recomend this chair, its been a month now, normal 50-60 kg person using this chair already base is loose, build poly lets and arm rest poly quality is really poor. cushion is also not good at all.

The media could not be loaded.  Applied for exchange, but the representative asked to dismantle the product and give him,by the time we dismantle the product the Delivary person left without giving me the new product. TIL now he didn’t come back for exchange and Delivary with the new product. Now I see on the Amazon orders that my new product is returned to the seller leaving the defective product with me
