I got this smart hip glute trainer out of curiosity and a desire to give my glutes a little extra lift. It is one of those electrical muscle stimulation devices you stick to your backside to get a firmer, more toned derriere without hitting the gym.The instructions are pretty simple, Just slap on the gel pads, turn it on, and adjust the intensity.It is small and lightweight, so I can easily throw it in my bag and use it while I'm watching TV or working at my desk.After a few weeks of consistent use, I did notice my glutes felt a bit firmer and more engaged. Nothing drastic, but a subtle change.

Order a lot of the pads you might get 1 use from them if your careful. Device battery only last about 20 minutes so you have to charge it constantly. Between replacing the pads and charging device for each body part it more frustrating then anything. I tossed it after 3 days

Easy to use but the intensity levels aren’t equal on each glute. The right side is way stronger and more intense creating an uneven “workout”

This is cheap! I bought it for my hip problem and upset with the false advertising along with money spent. After charging, the highest setting for stimulating was barely noticeable. Do not invest at all

At first it worked great, but after ~2 weeks it stopped working unfortunately. I would not recommend purchasing.

This neat lil gizmo is actually really cool. I think it could work for its intended purpose as far as toning up your backside, but it also feels really good if you have any lower back pain or muscle tension and issues like that. So don't pigeonhole this wonderful device into just having one purpose.Once you figure out the best place to position it and the setting you like the best, it's all smooth sailing after that.
