This is a nicely made and well presented bottle stopper with a unique design. It comes in a presentation box, is constructed from metal and has an attractive design.Something I was particularly impressed with was the wheel actually spins! I didn't expect this when I ordered, but it's a lovely touch. It also fits most bottles with a good seal - what more could you want?

If that sounds like a bit of a vague title, it's because I must confess to being rather surprised how good this was when I received it.It's clearly a bit of a "Millennium Wheel" themed object. It's not official, so they say "Giant Wheel" instead. It is really well made from a sort of bronze casting and the wheel actually spins!! It fits a wine bottle perfectly and comes with a little gift card to fill in if you're planning on giving it away. Whilst the manufacturer's description makes me smile, implying a world of happiness, success and everlasting love, if you buy one, it's a really nice thing.Personally, I'd not give it away. I'd keep it and enjoy it for what it is. A nice, well made, novelty wine bottle stopper! Did I mention the wheel spins!! ;-)

This is a really nice bottle stopper made for helping you to extend the life of a bottle of wine once opened. It is pretty simple in design, basically a large brass coloured spike with several rubber ring seals to hold the stopper in place and keep it airtight to prevent oxidation of the wine.However this simple yet practical gizmo is made many times better by the addition of a carving on the top of the stopper. In the case of this stopper the carving concerned is a big wheel as stated by the manufacturer, but it's pretty obvious it is really a representation of the London Eye. It is a lovely design and is executed excellently, making the perfect gift for anyone who likes this legendary landmark. This very classy stopper improves the look of an opened bottle so much, who says you can't have class as well as practicality in a design?BTW - These stoppers although nominally designed for bottles of wine I can't see any reason they couldn't be used on other liquids as after all they are designed to be airtight. So maybe a fancy stopper for your favorite spirit instead!

The quality and presentation of this product is very impressive.It comes in a sturdy black box that slides out of a black paper sleeve. This is there to protect the lid, which is nicely embossed with shiny golden letters and the figure of the Giant Wheel.The wine stopper is encased in a close-fitting velvety insert that really makes the item stand out. The stopper is very well made, showing a lot of detail, and the wheel even spins! It does feel quite solid, and its silicone threaded stud looks like it would fit almost any wine bottle.This item also includes a small shiny envelope that contains a very pretty gift card with embossed silver decorations and writing that says, "Especially for you -with my best wishes-."It would make a lovely gift for any wine enthusiast or souvenir collector, and at £9.99 it does seem like good value for money. We got the BIg Ben one too, but I like this one better, as it has a moving part.
