Since taking thyroid supplements I have noticed that my energy is up and my brain fog is down. This is a good blend. Lots of essential vitamins in it. I take with food to avoid upset stomach. Dose is 2-3 a day. I am taking two right now and they seem to be working fine.

I like that this product has a combination of multiple ingredients to help support the thyroid. The pills are quite large though. Each capsule is said to be 1,000 mg, however the ingredient list is calculated per 100g of product. The recommended dose is 2-3 pills per day so it is a little confusing to calculate what you are actually getting. This product is made in the UK, but seems to be a reputable company and follows safety standards. Overall the ingredients are great to support thyroid health.

I am leery of all things taken internally, this means it took a lot to order. I actually enjoyed the research about the dad and daughter team that began a vegan supplement business with wellness and wholeness in mind and heart. The gel caps are large, which may be the only detriment thus far. The clear bottle was sealed and clean. I caught a faint grassy odor close to the bottle but the supplement went down with liquid. I am not fond of large pills but so far, I am feeling well.Please do not take any meds, supplements, or painkillers without your doctor's consent and approval, my situation is more than likely NOT yours. I am grateful to find a reputable company with a heart for helping others naturally, Strength and Spices test above the rest in my research, and strive for transparency. This is a good blend of vitamins that can help with a thyroid. I definitely think it helps with energy . I always take with food to avoid any nausea. They seem to be working fine. I will say they are very huge pills so it may be hard for those who have problems swallowing pills.

I think this is actually helping but I’m not 100%. I’ll continue use and maybe stop for a few days to see if I notice any changes.

Needed a supplement to support my thyroid. I love that this supplement contains 23 natural ingredients in a vegan capsule. You get 60 vegan capsules. They are a little large in size but i was able to swallow them without a problem. I definitely feel a boost in my energy levels as well as a better mood. I really like this supplement and will continue to use it.
