Worked with Toyota GTS+ Diagnostic software. Easy to setup and use, very pleased. Have not tested with programming yet.

so far it has done the basic stuff. i will be testing the device very soon.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I work at a dealership and I wanted a Bluetooth version of one of these. And for a couple extra hundred you can get the one that gives you oem capable diagnostics and software updates. To me it seemed like the better choice versus getting a 5k or more scanner when this can do all that if you need it to or as little as you need it to without the subscription if you work at a place that already has the subscription or subscriptions you want

This works with most OEMs.

Worked great for about 3 months… then suddenly it will not connect to cars , says protocol error 8 .. I’ve tried it on dodge , Chevy, ford ect… all cars’s that it worked on before. I have called them 2 times a day for over a week and can never get ahold of anyone and they never call back. I even emailed them with the issue and said I’ve not been able to get anyone on the phone and they never call back and asked for a reply asap because I have customers cars waiting and customers are not happy with me , so it effects my business!!!! That was a month ago and still no response from anyone from them through emails or phone… not product is worth anything with support when it don’t work… that was $1,000 waisted!!!!!!
