The media could not be loaded.  Lovely tap it has 2 filters one for bacteria one for limescale but both looked the same nothing to suggest they should be attached in different ways. On asking the question I still really didn't get a clear answer as to why there were 2 separate filters, they need to both be changed every 6 months to keep warranty. The tap boiler came with no electric plug, but the company were very helpful and super efficient in sorting this out. There was plenty of space left in our cupboard for storage.One gripe is the noise when boiler reheats every so often to keep it's temperature. It is quite noisy considering it's inside a cupboard. The tap is easy to fit and use and the safety mechanism gives you peace of mind. The filter water is a great bonus for us as our area the water does have an odd taste from time to time.
