I’ve tried lots of prenatal supplements, none did it for me till this one. The others left me feeling deprived and like I was so low on everything including energy. This one has made me feel amazing! Hair is growing so fast and I honestly feel so good being on these, I noticed my milk began to get more cream too. Which was way nice because before I didn’t have much cream! Doesn’t have a taste, easy to swallow. I personally think the ingredients in this are way better than others, just overall great quality and with every penny! I started using this postpartum and wish I had it way sooner!

Love these! I just had my second baby and I started taking these the day after I had him. I absolutely felt amazing! I had energy, ni brain fog and my milk supply was great! I ran out for 2 weeks and noticed i had brain fog again and my milk supply was down by 3-4oz a day. I started taking them again and bam, all back to normal! Love these!

Great postnatal, I never feel nauseous or taste the fish oil pill. There is a strong smell to the daily vitamins, almost herb like but the taste doesn’t linger. It’s expensive but you are getting it individually packaged, and in one box (instead of purchasing 3 different bottles). I don’t think it helps energy levels or with milk production. Used this same brand during pregnancy and now have a happy & healthy baby.

Helps with a lot of things but most notable improvement for me was my hair. No problems with "fish burps" either.

I switched to these after needed prenatal and my face began to break out, hair loss, I don’t think they are right for me. I do love the packaging.

I am loving these, it comes with 5 pills, 1 fish oil and two small ones and 2 normal sized vitamins, they don’t make me nauseous and I don’t burp them up, they’re also super convenient by coming in a single day package

I took Perelel’s vitamins throughout my whole pregnancy and was so pleased and impressed with the comprehensive packets. After birth, I honestly wanted to see if I could save a little money and tried another popular brand which only has 2 pills. While I didn’t have necessarily any hair loss, I had pretty horrible brain fog and fluctuating mood despite a clean, protein filled diet, hydration, and other things. I decided to go back to Perelel and try their postnatals. I’d like to think it’s not placebo, but they honestly have been a game changer for me. My brain fog has significantly improved and my mood a lot more stable. As a breastfeeding mama, I can rest knowing I am filling my body with the right supplements. Worth every penny in my opinion!

Started these right away postpartum. I’m now 8 weeks and 100% believe these have kept me from the hair loss I experienced with my last two postpartum experiences. My energy, mood and skin are great also. Love the packaging instead of the multiple pill bottles. Also isn’t hard on the stomach for me. I may be obsessed and am now subscribed. Yeah they have a fishy smell and taste. But it doesn’t bother me! Just take it with juice or flavored water if you need to. I highly recommend giving these a try!
