I took the Perlel pregnancy vitamins as well. I have transitioned to the post partum and yes I will continue to take them. I have had no hair loss post partum (now 12 weeks) in fact my hair growth is great! my skin is great. Plus my mood is great. My iron and vitamin levels have stayed good taking them. Plus I’m a breastfeeding Mama so I need the extra nutrients. Taste is fine, they are easy to take but, they smell awful. They are stinky vitamins. Maybe that’s what makes them effective? I saw they are worth the money.

Started these right away postpartum. I’m now 8 weeks and 100% believe these have kept me from the hair loss I experienced with my last two postpartum experiences. My energy, mood and skin are great also. Love the packaging instead of the multiple pill bottles. Also isn’t hard on the stomach for me. I may be obsessed and am now subscribed.Yeah they have a fishy smell and taste. But it doesn’t bother me! Just take it with juice or flavored water if you need to.I highly recommend giving these a try!

These vitamins are great, taste fine, and are easy to take. No weird aftertaste, no vitamin-y smell or odd residue either! I'm usually running around and just take them with a swig of water and am good to go! My favourite thing is that that they come in individual packs. My mornings are usually a super hectic blur and it's really easy to forget to take my vitamins and take care of myself, so I love that I can grab a few of the little packets and keep them in my purse, so when I forget to take them in the morning, I'm still able to take them on the go. Way better than toting around a bulky pill container.I've already noticed a difference in my skin and hair after (finally!) being able to consistently take a multivitamin. Highly recommend!

I’m pretty neutral on this product. The taste and smell did not bother me at all, even though it smelled a little fishy. It also did not cause my stomach to get upset. To be honest, I didn’t really see any difference whether I took them or not so I didn’t find it to be very effective. My energy level was the same, skin, hair and nails also. It could have been a complete placebo for all I know so I can’t speak for the quality of something that seemed so “meh”. I personally won’t be buying this product again - at least not on Amazon as I’m not sure I got what I paid for. If I did, I would say you could find a better quality product for the money.

This is my 5th day taking the postpartum combo and I feel like dizzy. I’m probably finishing the box without taking the mood pill. Too relaxed for someone who’s taking care of a newborn.

I absolutely love these vitamins. I followed the suggestion of a girl I follow on Instagram and ever since taking them. I feel like I am in such a great headspace my nails grow wonderfully. My hair is growing great and breast-feeding has been a breeze. I love these so much that I decided to get my husband the mens vitamin And now we’re both taking perelel. Super convenient to have all my vitamins and one little package too.

I love the convenience of the packaged daily dosage, so easy to throw in a bag so you don't forget to take it. There are no side effects and I will definitely keep this product in my wellness routine.
