Depends on who you buy pen from

Did anyone receive the advertised luxury gift box and a manual with their order? I received the pen in a generic Parker box and without the booklet.

I received the decorative paper box and manual. A far cry from the beautiful wood box and manual in 1995 when I purchased a new Duofold Centenial Big Red Rollerball pen in am Atlanta area jewelry store.

How do you replace the refill in the Ballpoint? Can’t seem to get the cap off and don’t want to damage.

You unscrew the nose of the pen and replace the cartridge. Parker has a video on their website. It is easy.

Is this pen engraveable?

I assume it is engraveable as there appear to be Parker engravings on barrel. I've had their matching rollerblading and is attach to my 1928 Duofld Senior fountain pen/pencil.
