Solid construction. Quality product.
This is one of the best camera and audio recorders. It is simple to use for someone with limited technology skills. I contacted Customer Service and they went out of their way to help me.

When you get it you can’t use it because there is no charging device included.
The item arrived with no charging device and a warning that using a third party charging device will ruin the product. They did include a coupon to buy a charging device but I was not planning to spend more money than advertised just to be able to use the product. It seems fraudulent.

Worked well the first few times, then the top half broke
The media could not be loaded. The camera has decent video and audio quality for what it is, except in low light conditions. But after using it just a few times in my shirt pocket the top portion where the button is came loose, and now is no longer affixed to the shaft of the pen. The clip and attached section will now lift up if pulled on, exposing the inside. The camera still works but because of this flaw, it makes it impractical to use as intended.

Outstanding Customer Support
I recently received my iSpyPen Pro X with the iSpy Pro Accessory package. After a little hiccup with my original order, this company went above and beyond with addressing the issue. I haven't experienced this level of customer service in a very long time. The pride and dedication this company has shown me, up to and including the CEO is exceptional. I was able to use my pen in the field, and it worked flawlessly. The video and sound quality is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Andrew for a great product and amazing customer service.

Plug and play
You have to have plug and play if you want more than 75 minutes of recording. The audio quality is good as is the video quality.The design... is lacking. It's chunky imo. A little awkward and stands out next to other pens.

Completely over priced better off with a $30 pen that writes!
Pens don't write. What's the point of a pen that can't be used. Plus they're bulky a d fake looking. Terrible purchase. And wish I looked at the return policy becuase they say the items may contain hazardous material too dangerous to ship.... but they were able to be shipped to me?
