Each bottle of OmegaNZL contains 60 softgels. You take two softgels per serving, making it a 30 day supply. The softgels are very small and easy to swallow (see image for reference). I personally prefer softgels.The formulation contains a blend of several different ingredients with mussel, flax and kiwi seed oils being the primary ingredients. Two of the ingredient mixes are called out as proprietary blends which is something I personally do not prefer as it doesn’t allow you to tell how much is included of each individual ingredient but it is an industry practice.The manufacturer claims that the formulation helps support joint, mobility and muscle support. While the money back guarantee requires you to take the product for three months, it is still nice to see that the manufacturer stands behind the product.Overall I think this is a quality product. Given the price point and the number of servings I think it is an ok value compared to other joint and muscle support products.

Omega NZL is amazing and I have noticed an improvement in my overall muscle movement and less discomfort then I felt before taking it.

I have taken two small softgels every day for 30 days and I can say that my knee pain is better and I have less popping sounds from synovial fluid. There is a prominate small of seafood every time I opened the bottle and a taste that accompanied it. I attribute it to the mussel oil. There is also the tried and chondroitin and glucosamine. These is am impressive spectrum of Omegas. I feel that this product is fairly priced and has been effective thus far. I look forward to seen even more results as time goes by. The bottle is small as are the soft gels. I am able to walk/jog more and longer on the treadmill too.

As I get older my joints ache bit more than I like, so I thought I’d give these OmegaNZL joint, mobility and muscle support capsule’s a try. I like that they’re a terrific source of Omega 3, easy to swallow and formulated with quality ingredients from New Zealand.

I’m still using them, and while I haven’t seen noticeable results yet, I understand that these things take time. The product matches the description, and I’ll definitely purchase it again.The softgels are small, and the recommended dosage is two gels twice a day. They’re easy to swallow, with little to no odor or taste. I haven’t experienced any upset stomach or digestive issues. The product label mentions that it could take up to three months to see noticeable effects.

Overall Rating: 5 stars (excellent) - about the only negative I can think of is that I can’t find information that specifically states that this supplement is manufactured in New Zealand. Easy to swallow small gel capsules. The packaging is easy to open and there is no after taste. Green-lipped mussel is supposed to be a good supplement for joints. Check with your doctor before adding any supplement. I can recommend this product it works for me.
