Hard to put on the watch but they are great

These replacement wrist bands are a drop-in replacement for the ID205L bands. There are six colors. If you have large wrists, they might be too short for you, but I had no trouble. The spring loaded pins are inserted through the activation hole in the band. It requires very little effort to install the pins, and then the band.

I love everything about these bands: the price , the quality, the looks. Metal pins were included, so it was very easy to install. My watch is ID205L model, and it’s original band was 24mm. These bands are 19mm, and as you can see on the photo they fit perfectly and look more elegant than the original (side-by-side photo of the original and the new one is included). I’m very happy with this purchase and will definitely recommend these bands to my friends.

I've left a number of reviews on Amazon and this is my first one star rating. I don't recommend it for the ID205L as advertised. First, the pins they give you are too long, though the bands will fit with your existing pins. Second, the bands are too short. I'm a big man but not huge, and I can only wear these bands on the very last hole, somewhat snugly. I'll use them rather than return them but I'll be looking around again.
