AMAZON forces you to put one star. They absolutely do not work as advertised, the description is terrible, made for something, but NOT any motorcycle helmet I have ever seen. These do NOT mount, are NOT large enough, they do not work.

These buckles look and feel exactly like the one on my 750 dollar Schuberth motorcycle helmet. This helmet is 6 years old so it's time to get something new. I want to get an AGV carbon fiber modular helmet. But they only come with D rings. You're probably here for the same reason I came here: You know that if you have a buckle like this on your chinstrap it means you can take your helmet off and put it on with your gloves still on and in no time, flat. So my wild idea is that I'm going to install a buckle like this onto a different, brand new 750 dollar helmet. "You're a moron!" I'm hearing y'all say. Sure. But I know what I'm doing. I have an industrial sewing machine with kevlar thread. It'll be just fine. Most of the people buying these think it's an aftermarket solution to bypass your D rings. It's not. You need to CUT or replace your existing straps so that you can install this buckle system. This is literally just something from the helmet parts bin that's being sold on Amazon from China. Just beware of what you're buying and stop giving it bad reviews. The device itself is JUST LIKE the one on my German helmet. A+++ Would buy again.

Rating system forced me to select one star, though I wished to select NO star. As far as I’m concerned, this product is completely useless. I could not install it on helmets of different designs. Each time when I contacted the vendor, they had an excuse - they’d send a missing part; they’d refund, discount , etc. I think they figured because the price is low, every buyer would do what I did; which is to accept that I wasted my money to what seems like a scam. They price is low (I bought two sets of three), so it’s not worth the time and continued effort to pursue or return it. Very clever way to make money on useless product!!!
