Everything works so smoothly and perfectly
I wanted to order a new EDC Pocket Knife like the one I already have. Unfortunately, my current knife has been discontinued by Amazon. I can't find it elsewhere. Therefore I wanted to find a similar knife on Amazon. Two knives caught my interest. This one and another one that was similar. The other one was lower in price so I ordered it. Bad idea. It was a terrible knife. So bad. that I immediately returned it to Amazon. I then ordered this one,REMETTE EDC Pocket Knife Rhino 0211. This was a great choice. Everything works so smoothly and perfectly. It is, by far, the sharpest blade I have ever owned right from the factory. It opens so effortlessly. The liner lock works so well. The size and weight fits my extra large hands. It is a very handsome knife. Something I am very proud to own. Recently, the factory has updated the knife and refined it. Make sure you are ordering the new updated version. I did and got the new revised version and I am very pleased with it.

This is a solid Knife ith a Wonderful lock system.
These are fantastic knives with a solid button actuated top liner lock for a good price. This is my favorite lock curently avaiable. Only thing I would change if I were the designer would be to exchange the front flippper for a back flipper. Just more useful to me.

REVISED - Pretty good knife to great knife!
UPDATE - 3/27/245 STARSRemette reached out to me after my previous 2 star review below and apologized for my experience with the knife. They told me that they had recently changed the design of the knife to fix both issues I had experienced (see original review below). They asked if I would like a refund or if they could send me the revised version to see if it met my satisfaction. I decided to take a look at the new version that they claimed to have revised. Wow...they weren't kidding about the revisions. They did exactly what my original review called for. They added jimping to the flipper tab (see pic) for a better grip and retuned the detent to perfection. This thing snaps open now and has much better shutting detent as well...almost a drop shut. And in comparing the 2 knives side by side they cut down about 1/16th of an inch off the handle right at the liner lock access point (see pic) to make liner lock access much better. Disengaging the liner lock is much easier now. They nailed it!I wish they would have sent me another black one instead of a green one but that would be the only thing I could complain about now.ORIGINAL REVIEW - 3/8/242 STARSThis is a pretty good effort by Remette...it checks most of the boxes. Fit and finish are pretty good...blade is perfectly centered. Thumb studs are great...very grippy and placed perfectly. Not quite drop shut action but a shake shut. Pocket clip is pretty good...deep carry and easy in and out. It's a good looking knife with a unique blade shape. Price was great.I have 2 issues with it. While the liner lockup is great, access to it to disengage is terrible. It's not raised or jimped in any way. I have to really dig my thumb in there to get at it. After awhile my thumb started to get raw. My other problem is that the detent is too weak. It's ok for a thumb stud deployment because the thumb studs are done so well that they provide great leverage...but it's too weak for the flipper tab. You really have to be very firm with the flipper tab or the blade will not fully deploy. Also the flipper tab is small and there's no jimping on it so it's difficult to get a good grip. Put some jimping on the flipper tab and move it forward of the pivot or make it bigger to get some better leverage and maybe the detent would be ok. I also wish it had a captive pivot but it's as expected at that price point.I also have the Remette Handfeel which is comparable to this one being a thumb stud and flipper tab deployment and priced similarly. The Handfeel is a much better knife. The detent is perfect, the action is sublime, and liner lock access is better. I'd choose the Handfeel over this Rhino all day.

Great knife, good quality.

Well made. Good quality
Extremely well crafted knife. Not really excited about being Chinese made.. but considering the price point and quality… I’ll have to make an exception . The same knifes, if U.S made would cost you 2 to $300. Great knife.!
