I snore quite a lot - particularly when really tired. My wife says I snore much less with these. The little cup shape gadgets that go up the nostril seem to work better than the clips.

I bought them because my husbands snoring is so bad.They don’t stop the snoring, but they do seem to muffle it slightly which makes sleeping in the bed a little easier.From my husbands point of view though, he’s getting a lot better nights sleep… he said he’s feeling more refreshed in the mornings.

The pieces fit in your nasal cavity very well and are soft and playable. It certainly opens my cavities up and can breath a lot easier with them inThe snoring I don’t know yet as the dogs don’t complain and my partner is home tonight 😂I will keep putting them in for easier breathing

Well, these are rather marvellous! Apparently I snore like a strangled mouse rather than a warthog. None the less my deviated septum and I needed some help for night breathing. I tried the little baskets first, only the tiny set would fit, even then I felt like Kenneth Williams in a wind tunnel. It took me a while to realise you put the silicone over the basket for comfort !!But.. the clear winner for me is the magnetic nose clip. It's some kind of alchemy! It is obviously strange at first, but surprisingly comfy. Best of all it works.. and being able to breathe properly has vastly improved my quality of sleep.

don't waste your money, don't work at all.within 5 minutes of my husband wearing them, he was snoring loudly again.

These seem to help me sleep better as I have a deveated septum. Good value for money
