No gimmicks, just good design.
Works just as intended, no cheap gimmicks. I love this thing. Makes certain models in my collection stand out in such a unique way. Great power behind the magnet, so it can hold up some decently sized models also. I'll definitely be buying another one in the future!

Works wonderfully and a nice addition! Can hold a fair amount of weight for size. Stable and can spin abit which works for me!

Worth the wait
I bought this as a gift for a car lover, along with some remote control/upgradeable Lego like cars. It took a while to get my package, but it was absolutely worth the wait. It's so much fun to mess around with. It looks great and it works great. It could even handle his kids messing around with it. It looks and acts exactly the way described. It's definitely worth the price, and the wait. I'd 100% recommend this to anyone, it's such a cool gadget, and it can hold a lot more then I thought it'd be able to. You just have to balance it properly. He adores it, and it makes me so happy to see his smile every time he looks at it. This is probably my favorite gift I've ever given, and he told me it's the coolest gift he'd gotten. It's pretty damn awesome. Its money well spent. I was a little upset by how long it took to get my package, but it was right after Christmas so it was probably just the timing... But I love it. His kids want one for their birthday because they won't stop trying to steal it from him 😂

Expensive waste
Doesn’t work. Could not get the magnet to balance. Even if I could it is so finicky that I would not put anything handmade on it as when it loses balance it will launch it like a projectile.

Good communication on directions
First of all, the product is as cool as it seems. That didn’t surprise me, and it was fun to show my friends once I figured it out. Second, the company includes instructions that crush any insecurities the product is faulty because it is possible you may come to that conclusion. It’s important to note you likely will not get it to “work” your first try, nor your third. Just keep at it, move slowly, and be patient. You’ll get it. And once you do, it’s absolutely worth it! There is also a QR code included that shows a 30 second demonstration which I found to be quite helpful. I appreciate the clear communication SO much, especially on products where there is room for self-doubt during set-up. But we’re not building ikea furniture here, we’re dealing with strong magnets and velvet. There aren’t many moving parts so when I kept failing, it was reassuring to have instructions that urged me to be gentle and try again. I’d love to get another but it’s not in the budget unfortunately. If you’re considering getting one, I hope you do. I really admire mine 😌

My New Favourite Purchase
My boyfriend absolutely loves this. He is really into formula one cars so I bought him one and he loves it so much that he wants to take it to work. So after some research I came across this levitating display and I fell inlove. It's affordable and has such a sleek and modern look to it. It works perfectly and adds a pop to my boyfriend's work desk. I would 100% recommend someone to purchase this. You will not be disappointed

Cool factor is certainly there
Ok, for the money, this thing 100% qualifies as a luxury item. That being said? It's pretty cool and the wow factor is high for anyone who sees it. There are a few things though:1) it can get kinda hot if you leave it on too long.2) there doesn't seem to be a way to stop the floating thing from spinning. I confess, I don't understand the difference between magnets and actual magic, so maybe this is just an artifact of using magnets? Like, maybe they have to spin! That being said, it would be cool if it could generally maintain a certain speed of spin.3) better put it on a REAL sturdy table! One bump and that floating magnet with the fragile mini you spent hours working on and are now properly displaying will come crashing down with a vengeance!

Works but item has to be fairly light
Works well as long as the stand can take the weight. I wasn’t able to use it for what I was hoping for which is a 1/18 scale Back to the future delorean, which was too heavy but can handle a Star Wars speeder bike 1/18 scale so it looks like it is hovering. Trying to get the stand to not spin too much, I just want it to hover but I guess depends how much air movement there is. A little tricky at first to balance the stand but you get the hang of it. I hope someday a stand comes out that can handle heavier objects but it’s a cool concept so far.
