This is a great product that saved me $$$.I weigh about 180 and this pull up bar is sturdy. It didn't budge. And holds up to 330 lbs. I wish this bar came with extra brackets to set up at different levels in my door frame. People say it'll hold without them but i just like the idea of super sturdy at all times. Whether i use this for dips or pushups or even Russian pullups. I'm surprised at the weight of the bar. Not flimsy and not cheap. One of my plastic black caps cracked due to screwing to tight. Just use caution when doing so but it doesn't affect the bar at all. Not sure if it's actually needed outside of securing the rubber grip. I spinned the bar till i heard the door frame starting to creak. Didn't want to damage the frame. My doorway is 26 inches wide but this bar does adjust. Just rotate the center of it to tighten or remove it. All in all. Easy, quick, setup. - Also before i forget . You can attach your resistance or trx bands to this bar (just use the screw in brackets) i may attach photos / videos at a later date but you definitely can. A hanging punching bag (be wary of its weight) can be hung on this as well.

This is a simple chin-up bar and I like the simplicity of it; it gets the job done and overall I'm very happy with this product and my purchase. The only minor flaw I see is that the bar's padding doesn't cover the enture width of the bar. So, it's a little weird, but not a deal-breaker.A real positive: I recently misplaced the O-rings, which are part of the chin-up bar, when moving. I couldn't find them when I settled into my new place! FYI: These rubber O-rings fit in between the bar's ends and the brackets that mount the bar to a door jamb. They help keep the bar mounted nice and snug. Anyway, I contacted the seller, OneTwoFit, and asked them if they could sell me a pair of replacement O-rings and that's exactly what they did, even though I purchased the bar over two years ago. So, thank you and kudos to them!The price for the replacement rings was negligible and shipping was quick enough. So, I'm very happy that my bar is back to factory spec and in good working order. OneTwoFit rocks!For the price, I'd recommend this product if you want a simple, no frills chin-up bar and rest knowing that if you lose some parts (in a move like I did) OneTwoFit is willing to help you get what you need replaced.

I moved into a new apartment with doors that had very slim frames and my old "over-the-door" mounted pull-up bar was no longer usable.I was very concerned about purchasing what I would call "shower curtain" type pull up bars, but this model is actually a bit different and superior to those older designs.1. The metal and other materials are quite substantial and should be very durable in the long run.2. The bar locks into place by rotating two side pieces with a strong metal screw piece in the center. By having two ends pulling out rather than just one end, the bar is stronger and less likely to bend.3. The inner section is not a simple spring, but actually a screw-rod. Springs can lose tension quite easily, while this inner mechanism is very tough and allows the two side pieces to lock into place by twisting the entire bar, moving both ends either wider or narrower.Overall, while I had originally thought that this bar was going to be a downgrade from my previous over-the-door designs, it's actually more stable and much stronger. As a bonus, you can actually tension it within the door frame and still allow your doors to open and close!An excellent buy! Do not hesitate to purchase!Note: This bar comes with additional supports that you can screw into your door frame. I did not use them and do not believe they are necessary. You can simply prop this bar into position and twist it until it is sturdy; ready for pull ups!

Oh my, If I can do it, you can do it. Seriously. I just needed a pull-up bar to do some senior calisthenics (See Hampton Liu) and for balance to do a few squats. Very sturdy. Improves my life.

This product will only work where the door frame and door jam are next to each other. Most doorframes (as mine are) are installed with a small gap between the door frame and the door jamb (about 1/4 inch gap). This allows an installer to adjust fit. Because of this gap this pull up bar cannot be properly secured to hold full body weight. If you rotate the bar to make a tighter grip you ultimately crush the wood of the doorframe breaking the wood and having to replace the door frame. If you try to screw ends in place the result is the same except you now have screw holes. If u buy u will need to build your own rack and bolt it down.

Hubby hasn’t had the chance to his fit days, so i surprise him with this bar and he loves it!💪🏻Good quality, super comfy, reasonable price and important its super safe.

I bought this for a rental house I didn’t want to put the screws in the doorframe.I thought this would work for Stretching so I can bring it back home in the summer I could screw it in the door frames at home.but unfortunately it did not hold my hundred pound daughter she tried it first, so I don’t trust it to hold my 135 lbs weightI think it will work at home after I screw it to the doorframeSo I’m keeping it and only going to use it for sit ups and light Stretching for nowMy concern is that it’s not safe without the screws so be aware

The bar is good quality however the package arrived damaged. The washers were broken and contacting the seller was no use.
