I love that these pancakes are totally organic. The only thing I would change is just a little less sugar. I eat them every single day. They are fabulous. I learned that they are more fluffy when cooked on medium heat. In other words from 1 to 10, I cook them on five. No need for syrup as they are already sweet. I eat them with two over easy eggs. Totally recommend; totally worth it.

I'm a happy camper. When I'm looking for something warm and healthy. Note: I'm that dude who reads every darn label, on everything I eat; affirming my wife's angelic patience. The ingredients are straightforward and they use true whole grain. Directions simply are to combine with water and cook em up. I eat them straight or chop some banana. Either way, they are delicious and I know what I'm eating. I don't use syrup as a preference so the texture (fluffy but not disintegrating upon arrival) and flavor (a yummy cake like it came right off the cooling rack) are everything to me here. This is not an 'overly-hearty-let-me-sacrafice-flavor-for-health-choke-it-down' pancake. This is a yummy mix that I look forward to enjoying every time we make them. Yum!

First, this is w very convenient and easy waffle/pancake mix. Simplyic in the specified amount of water, and then you're good to go. The simplicity makes them fast to make, and the lack of any specific ingredients makes them ideal to prepare without having to worry about having certain items on hand.Next, I found the texture ever so slightly not great. It had a certain amount of dryness and graininess to the consistency that just didn't make the texture perfect in my opinion. I know sometimes whole grain items can have a different texture, and I still enjoyed the waffles that I made, so this isn't a huge issue to me.And now for the taste; I really enjoyed the flavor of this. It was slightly sweet and very pleasant.Overall, me and my kids (3 year old and 11 months old) all enjoyed the waffles. I especially loved the ease of preparation from this mix.

I really wanted to like this. I use their flour and supposedly the grain is fairly local to me. Whatever “natural flavor” they use is gross to me, kind of like fake vanilla ice cream flavor. The texture is very sandy/grainy. Not fluffy at all, even by whole wheat standards.Feels like the wrong kind or wheat and definitely a poor choice to use “natural flavor”.

This mix worked really well for our Sunday brunch. It was easy to use and made pancake pops fairly quickly. The end result was surprisingly good, and the little ones seemed to like it, despite it being "healthy". While it wasn't the best pancake I've ever had, it was acceptable and the children ate it. That's a win in my book.

This pancake/waffle mix is great. The mix makes it super easy to make and the taste is great.

This Cascade Milling Organic Whole Grain pancake and Waffle Mix is easy to prepare, time saver especially on weekdays. I use this mix to make waffles for the family. It tastes good, slightly sweeter than the brand of mix that I ate before. Due to its sweetness, I only add fruit rather than syrup. As for the texture, it's graininess, which is what I expected, but it's acceptable. Although the ad says just add water, I will mix it with mil to make it more flavorful for my 3.5 years old son and he likes it. Overall, this pancake mix is delicious and I would like to give it 4 stars.
