Extended battery works great - at least 5x longer than the degrade original battery
Used it to replace a failing battery on a Gateway laptop that is mostly used for reading comics. The previous battery would last for a couple days of light usage before I'd have to recharge. Using the new battery I've gone almost 2 weeks between recharges. Took about 30 seconds to swap, no issues.Make sure to note this is an extended battery that sticks out further on the bottom than the regular battery. This makes the back of the computer sit up higher, so be aware if the screen/keyboard angle is important to you. I couldn't tell from the picture, but it wasn't a big deal for me.

Great replacement battery for my HP laptop.
I purchased this battery for my old HP pavilion DX7 laptop. The old battery would not take a charge. Received the new battery, removed the old, installed the new one and turned on the laptop. The new battery fit exactly into the slot and had enough charge to run the laptop. Proceeded to allow it to charge. The new battery charged to 100 %. All is well at this time. I would purchase again. Easy to install.
I have had an issue with my Dell 5000 series computer for over a year now. The battery was shot, and I feared that the battery might leak and cause a major problem. I checked the model number of my Dell and went online and found the exact replacement. I also found a helpful video detailing how to change this battery. It was easy to remove the back case and old battery. The only problem I had was unplugging the old battery. Use the plastic tool that comes with the new battery. They also provide a small Phillips screwdriver. I would definitely recommend this replacement battery.
