Unfortunately, I experienced an issue with the product and wasn’t able to use it as expected. However, the seller provided a refund and handled the situation professionally. I appreciate the good customer service and the way the issue was resolved.

I would have loved to give this 5 stars because the stations are absolutely beautiful and look great in my space. However, the quality of the doors—especially at the top and bottom—is very weak. As soon as you open the doors, they can pop completely off, which is extremely frustrating and honestly a bit embarrassing in a professional setting. This has happened across multiple stations I purchased, so it seems to be a consistent issue. The screws provided are also very small, which may be contributing to the problem. Additionally, the tool holder design is not very practical. The holes are not well thought out, and it seems like the same size was repeated instead of offering functional variety. Overall, the aesthetic is great, but the durability and functionality need improvement. I’m hoping to find a quick fix, but this is definitely something the manufacturer should address.

It’s very nice and sleek looking in my salon. The drawer faces come off easily with use, I’m constantly have to reattach them. Make sure you are using the correct hinges for the food the first time, because if you make a mistake and have to take them off and the cheap material splits making it hard to screw them back in. The tool holders don’t really fit any other tool outside of the blow dryer and they don’t really snap onto place and stay. They come out easily when you pull the tool out.
