Best headset around!
I had bought an ear piece to offer hands free options last spring, as I took a remote job. That was a different one than this particular one.I since took a job at a hotel manning the front desk. The other ear piece was awful. Even though I was connected through Bluetooth. Whenever I would turned it on for my shift, it would automatically go into pairing mode, again already bluetooth connected. The ladies voice says "pairing," but doesn't say "connected." Within a few minutes it says "power off." It didn't matter if I d/c'd the Bluetooth connection or not, or how many times I did it. Those are the results I got. I usually read the comments before buying something, and research to see if there are better options. I didn't that with the other headset...and I regret it. The battery life was horrible as well. This one...omg! It can connect to 2 devices at once, so I tend to listen to an audiobook, music, or watch something. It is seamless to connect. As long as I don't delete the bluetooth connection it connects to both devices instantly when turning the device on. If I am listening to something, and a call comes in on the hotel phone, it automatically pauses whatever your doing on the other connection, and rings. Then you hit the appropriate button once, and it answers the call. The noice cancellations features are true to the description. There are times when no one notices that I am wearing the ear piece, and I have very long hair. So, there are times that I am on the phone, and a guest comes to check-in or has questions. No one has heard the side conversation of the other guest. It's also easy to pause whatever your listening to, using the same button as you would to answer the phone. Then do the same to resume your listening pleasures. Let's talk battery life...this little device has a remarkable long-term battery life. I work either an 8 hour shift, or a 10.5 hour shift. Mostly 2 days a week, or the occasional wknd shifts. I am either on the phone, or listening to something, for the entire shift. I've charged it once since I purchased it. That's when I received, as it is suggested to fully charge a device once before using it. There are 3 ways to charge the device. 1. The case can be charge, to provide a way to charge it if you are not near a plug-in. When you put your ear piece piece away, in the case. As long as the case still has battery life, it will charge. 2. The case has a charging dock on the outside, to easily stand the ear piece up and charge it that way. This feature is great if you need to have easy access to the earpiece when a call comes in. 3. You can plug the ear piece into a standard "C" charger, and charge it that way. All 3 choices require a "C" charging adapter. So, you can fully charge the case, and the earpiece, to give you twice the amount of battery life. It was super easy to connect it to both my personal phone, and the phone at work. As long as the bluetooth connection doesn't get deleted, or the Bluetooth feature is off, it connects to both instantaneously. There is a 2 year warranty, so there is no need to buy an extended warranty. Sound quality from what I researched, is the best on the market. With a 5.2 digital Dolby sound. With true noise cancelling for both parties on the phone. From what I noticed 5.2 bluetooth is the newest. The range is exceptionally good as well. This allows me to either listen to something or be connected to the phone at work, and go to different areas of the hotel, within reason, and still be connected. It will tell you when you're "out of range." Then will automatically say "connected" when your return within range. Of course if you can carry the device(s) with you, you will get unlimited range. When looking to purchase a new earpiece Bluetooth headset. This is by far the best device after several weeks of reading comments, features, and whatever other information given. I researched several earpiece Bluetooth headsets during that time. One thing I did not anticipate, and almost sent it back. Is the digital display for battery life. I went back to the owners manual before doing so. It is normal to not see the battery level. It's great because it save the battery life. It will show you for a brief moment what your battery life is. It will also show the battery life if you unplug/plug it. It will also show the battery life if you put the earpiece to idle outside the case, or put it in the case. There is also like a pull tab or plastic covering on or near the digital display. If you don't remove that, the case will not charge, nor can you charge the earpiece whether you put it away in the case, or ideling on the outside of the case. I didn't even know it was there, and was the reason I thought it was broken, and would need to return it. It comes with several sets of ear bud covers, to fit a variety of ear sizes. I have extremely small ears, and was worried about how big the back of the ear piece is. It is also kinda heavy. It does get to the point that I need to give my ear a rest. Then I will idol it, as if the phone rings, you can easily access it, and answer the phone with ease. It is pretty compact, and you can adapt it to fit in a variety of ways. As the mechanical pieces can turn separately and if not 365°, it is pretty close. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the battery life on this.device. The other one I bought needed to be charged within a couple of hours of my shift. If that wasn't bad enough, it took almost the rest of my shift to charge the dang thing. As you probably have guessed by now, I cannot say enough great things about this product. I would give it as many stars they have they had to offer. I definitely recommend this product. It will make your life a little simpler. Making it great if you are a multitasker.

Unexpected Significant Upgrade from Poly Voyager
I'll start by saying I make tons of purchases on Amazon and almost never leave a review. I'm only leaving this because I was hesitant about pulling the trigger on this headset and shouldn't have been, so I'm hoping I can help anyone else who might be in the same position. I've been using a Poly Voyager for probably 3 years. It was solid but certainly had its flaws - the worst for me were the slow connection process often causing me to miss calls if I didn't keep the headset in constantly, and the weak noise cancellation which still clearly picked up other voices from around the office. Aside from that, I didn't have any major complaints about the Voyager, it served its purpose fine and consistently until last week when the locking mechanism of the earpiece broke causing it to repeatedly leave the bud behind in my ear when taking it off. I looked at 30+ potential replacements and nearly went with a $150+ yealink just because I don't like using non-"brand name" electronics at work - I like to know that the manufacturer has a reputation to protect so that I can have confidence in the reliability and consistency of their product. But this little Conambo piece was unbelievably priced for what it claimed to offer and boasted thousands of great reviews, so I decided to give it a shot first. I'm so glad I did. Everything about this piece is a significant upgrade over my old Voyager at half the price. Both of my primary complaints about the Voyager are absolute non-issues with this piece - it connects instantly to both my PC and phone, to the point that I can hear it saying "CONNECTED-CONNECTED" as I'm still bringing it to my ear, and as an added bonus sits on a charging dock so I can quickly grab & return it as needed. Noise cancellation is fantastic with no background noise, even if other people are literally in my office with me having a conversation as I'm in a virtual meeting. More than that, though, it's an upgrade in a lot of areas that I wasn't even concerned about with the Voyager. It's louder but also CLEARER. It charges in minutes and I can see the charge % on the dock as it's doing so. And although my ears are never truly comfortable with the buds on any piece, it is lighter and more comfortable. The only thing that could make this piece better for me, personally, would be if the buds were naturally comfortable for my ear, but again I think this has more to do with my ears than the buds. Luckily the buds attach using the simple barbed stem that has been standard for in-ear headphones for decades so I can just get some custom ones for comfort, which wasn't an option with the Voyager and its over-engineered locking bud system (which is completely pointless btw - why introduce a point of failure for no reason like that? It didn't improve the Voyager buds, and the hard pieces of the mechanism are what broke and forced me to buy this replacement.) Anyway, if you're on the fence about this unit and how it compares to more expensive ones, I've used many single in-ear headsets over the years and I genuinely don't think there's anything under $150 that is going to compete. I'm very happy with my purchase, to the point that I'm looking into what other products Conambo makes just to see if they bring this level of execution to everything they produce.

Affordable, Good Earpice. BUT...
The quality of the product is fine. It works well even if construction and durability are rather lightweight. The concerning aspect is that the manufacturer's website no longer is functioning and multiple emails have gone unanswered - rendering the two year warranty questionable.

Works really well. Battery lasts, easy to connect
Connects well to both my phone and computer. Battery life is great, sound quality is very good. The charger case works great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars, people often have a hard time hearing me. The microphone has to be in the exact right spot.

Definite match or better to yealink and poly
Very good quality , even with yealink and poly 5200 but half the price, keeps good charge, sound is clear, comfortable on the ear, I like the additional ear pieces they supply, two year warranty, charger digital display is nice touch, seems more durable than the more expensive brands, I would recommend this one!

Quality, sound, performance, and price…..
I have purchased Conambo Headsets for several years….I own 4 of which all are performing well. I keep them in different locations. I have never had a problem with any of them, and the quality and sound are very sufficient. For the quality and performance and price, I would consider this purchase.

Might be a good product, IF it worked with my phone.
I'd love to give this 5 stars but, I ended up receiving three of them and not one worked with my Galaxy S22 Ultra. The voice that tells you it's connected is lovely and it works great with my laptop. The sound quality is excellent and it holds a charge for a very long time. It would be perfect IF it worked with my phone. Now, you ask how I ended up with three of them? Well, they do have good support up to a point then they stop responding altogether. When I contacted them the first time they sent me a replacement right away along with the instructions on returning the previous one. That was super easy. The replacement didn't work either so I contacted them again, they sent another and told me to keep the one the sent already. Same thing when the second and third one didn't work, just keep it and that was all they said. I haven't heard back from them and it's been about 3 months. Live and learn. It seems to be an excellent product but, maybe it's for iPhones and not Androids. I'll never know, I'm going to donate the two I have and put a note on them that they don't work with Androids. Maybe someone else can use them.

Buena pero no le llega ni es similar a una Poly
Cumple pero no es similar a una Poly. Deseable que se pudiera actualizar el firmware o tuviera un app para afinar el audio.
