Easy to assemble, adjustable height and adjustable lamp angle...Can be plugged into a timer that can turn it off and on for as many times as desired in 24hours. I tested the current draw on my Killawatt meter and it draws 20 watts....in my area the charge for one thousand watts of power is about 13cents. So it is very inexpensive to operate for as much light as it puts out..

This grow light is a great basic grow light! It's super bright with 200 watt equivalent, full spectrum lighting delivered by 208 LED's. The stand is great - a nice weighty bottom with non slip cushioned padding to protect your furniture/surfaces from scratches, an adjustable height stand, and a flexible gooseneck for positioning your grow light in the perfect angle for your planty needs. It casts a wide angle of light so you can use this on quite a few plants or trays if you are starting seeds.There is no dimmer and no timer, just a basic manual on/off switch. However, this can be daisy chained to other similar grow lights that do have a timer, which is nice. You can also use a smart plug if you want to set up an automated on/off schedule.Overall, for a basic but really bright grow light, this is great!

Worked perfectly growing small plants indoors.

Perfect grow light for my indoor plant babies. Great height, stable base and comes with a long cord. Easy and quick to assemble.

These windows face north so, light is basically non-existent. This lamp does an excellent job and works well for plants on a table or stand with room for its base. It has a click switch. There are also plant cuttings in cups that have rooted.

I have a gardenia that has outgrown its current space. So I ordered this lamp to be able to move it to another location. While the lamp says it can be raised to 24 inches, that’s not quite true. Since you need to bend the lamp over 90 degrees, I’m able to get only about 22 inches of maximum clearance (which really means you want your plant to be shorter than 20 inches – you don’t want the light right on top of your plant). My gardenia is a bit taller, so I needed to place the lamp on a small stand to raise it up higher (see photos). But that works just fine, so this lamp will serve my purposes well.A few things to consider about this lamp: first, because of the more “squarish” head (versus others with longer rectangular heads), this lamp has a narrower curtain of light and would be better suited to highlight a single plant (vs. a group of plants). Second, unlike most other tabletop grow lights, this one has no optional features at all. All you can do is turn it on and off. All the other tabletop lamps I have offer many options including: brightness control, light spectrum control, and daily timer options. This one is just a simple lamp you must turn on and off every day and night.Lastly, if you purchase more than one, there is a “daisy chain” option. This just means there’s an electrical outlet on the back of the light head that allows you to plug another light into it. But honestly, I don’t think you’ll want to use this option. You can better hide the cords by running each one down the lamp arms and just use an extension cord to plug them in together.

The FRGROW light was very easy to assemble, in less than 5 minutes. I appreciate the adjustable height, and ability to use as both a grow light and desk lamp. This grow light has a very large area of lights—208 LEDs in all. The downside of this grow light is there is no auto timer, no adjustment for brightness, and only one lighting mode. I will definitely add an inexpensive timer. I’m not a grow light expert, but have been using for indoor plants with success, as long as I don’t place my plants too close to the light. I still do not understand all the spectrums of light needed for indoor plants, but the FRGROW light states that it offers a full spectrum of sunlight. Since this grow light can be chained to additional lights, it is probably best suited for growers who need multiple lights.

Alles super! Die Lampen haben echt power und meine Pflänzchen hatten kurz nach Installation einen guten Wachstumsschub.Die Lampen lassen sich auch perfekt mit Klett anbringen.

Die Lampe ist sehr hell und reicht für mehrere Setzlinge oder 1-2 kleinere erwachsene Pflanzen.

**Update**Heute kam der Austausch, alles funktioniert wunderbar.Im Gegensatz zu anderslautender Rezession, der biegsame Armhält den Lampenkopf einwandfrei.Die Lampe ist extrem hell, optimal für 2 bis 3 Sämlinge in der Anfangsphase...Später ist die Lampe ausreichend für eine Pflanze. Gute Möglichkeit den Kopfmit Klebehaltern ohne Ständer anzubringen.**Update**Der Händler hat sofort sehr vorbildlich regiert und den Austausch von sich aus veranlasst.Weitere Informationen folgen.Alte Rezession:Da das Produkt zwar original verpackt war, war es dennoch von Haus aus defekt.

Ich habe mir mittlerweile schon eine 2. bestellt, da ich mir der ersten sehr zufrieden bin.Die Wachstumsergebnisse meiner Pflanzen können sich durch diese Lampe sehen lassen.
