Really nice, look expensive. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the lamp shades aren’t whole. So they have a seam.

DIY lamp INCLUDING THE SHADE!!
I just received this lamp. I opened the box, read the directions (another reason to read directions!) and immediately arranged to ship it back to Amazon. I didn't bother to remove any of the contents from the box. Why? Because not only do you need to assemble the lamp base, which I don't mind and have done before, but YOU HAVE TO ASSEMBLE THE LAMPSHADE!! Yeah! The directions include how to put together the wire frame for the shade and then how to wrap the pre-cut fabric around the frame. NO WAY, NOT DOIN' IT. What if I make a mistake? I'll have to live with it and hate the lamp every time I look at it. I liked this little lamp and was looking forward to using it in my bedroom. The product description had a warning that it's returned often but almost all the reviews were positive. However, nowhere -- not in the product description/information nor in the reviews – was there any mention at all that the buyer must put together the lampshade. No wonder folks return the lamp. So, hopefully, there will now be at least one review that let's people know.

Quality Made Lamp for Great Price
I chose this lamp over others that were of a similar style and size because I felt it was of a heavier, more substantial quality. I am so pleased with my choice. This lamp provides the perfect amount light for use on my nightstand. The size also lends itself for many other uses as well.
