My new carry knife.
Neat little knife. Would be cooler if the blade didn't look cheap, its sharp but cheap looking. Would buy again. *After fiddling with it, I decided it was too slick and new looking. Not sure what I used, I think it was 320 grit, rough for sure. Now it doesn't slip off my thumb.

Great knife for the price, wicked sharp.
Always wanted a gravity knife but they can be pricey. This one is awesome for the price, D2 steel, wicked sharp, just needs a little breaking in. Great little fidget toy for any knife lover.

Fun little gravity knife. 🔪
The media could not be loaded. This knife houses its blade inside of a solid aluminum frame. Part of the frame moves out of the way with thumb pressure and releases the blade to travel out the front of the frame (otf) with the assistance of gravity.Once the blade is fully extended, light thumb pressure locks it in place and it’s secure for cutting operations. It’s pretty solid when locked forward. That said it is a little loose while it travels, leading to dulling on part of the blade as seen in the video review. It doesn’t ride on the blade the entire length, so not to worry, the top half stays sharp. The locking part of the frame is spring loaded so it wont open accidentally in your pocket. It’s a pretty cool design and a lot of fun to fidget with. With practice you can open it blade up or blade down and if you leave the locking arm unlocked you can slide it in and out of the frame rapidly. You could deploy it with a flicking motion, but it works well with gravity and doesn’t seem to gain anything with inertia. If you plan to use it at home, no worries. If you plan to carry it outside the home, I’d highly recommend you check your local laws.Though some states like Oregon and Idaho allow this type of knife to be carried on your person in public, many States do not.Overall it’s a fun little fidget spinner, ADHD toy that can also open Amazon boxes and letters at home.Though gravity type designs used to be pretty commonly sold they are becoming increasingly hard to find. So I was pleasantly surprised to find this one for under 30 bucks.Again, you get what you pay for, full review in the video, but I think it’s fine for a sub 30 dollar knife. If you shop around using the term “OTF knife” on Amazon, it looks like there are 3 or 4 retailers selling on Amazon ranging in price from 15-28.00 depending on how long you wait for shipping.I noticed this little knife was getting some hate in the reviews, but it’s a solid, get what you pay for value. For a sub 30 dollar otf knife, it works fine. For people that want heirloom quality, check out paragon, microtech or boker. But be prepared to pay for that quality.Otherwise, if you just want an inexpensive knife that is fun to play with and will still open your boxes and letters, grab this one while it’s still available on Amazon.

Yup, it is exactly what you think it is.
Perfect for fishing or at work when only one hand is available, highly recommend!

Decent enough but too expensive
The knife itself is decent enough. Pretty sharp and smooth to open and close, but the price is way too high for what it is, especially considering that you can't really replace the blade. For over 20 bucks I would expect the handle to be much higher quality than it is, but it feels like cheap aluminum and the blade wiggles around in the handle a bit. And the lever part that you use to lock and unlock the slide easily comes out of the groove it's in. If it was 8 or 9 bucks I would give it 5 stars but this price is just too high.

Fun
Fun little gravity knife, wanted one of these but didn’t want to break the bank right now with the others that I’ve seen that were around $300! Super sharp for the price as well, definitely worth it!

Bad Design and Questionable Steel Quality.
I am not sure if my blade wasn't heat treated properly or if it's even D2 Steel. Here's a breakdown literally 10 opening and closing the knife.Unboxing it, it's very sharp, shaving not popping sharp.Right away, it feels finicky to hold, slippery coating on the housing, and the blade is prone to catching on the housing as it falls out.As mentioned, the design allows the edge of the blade to come in contact with the housing, I assume it's aluminum from the looks of it. After just playing around with it in 10 minutes, the straight edge that isn't protected from the housing/sheath is now rolled over and cannot even cut thick printer paper.Proper D2 chips rather than rolling when it comes to edge retention, this isn't tool steel, and even then the design is so bad the simple action of unsheathing the knife rolls the edge. Not going to give it 1 star, as I am not going to go do a hardness test to see if it's false D2, but it's bad enough it's a 2 star.

Its cool. A great daily carry. Put it on you key ring. Perfect.
I liked the way it works. It’s a gravity knife. It’s not illegal everywhere. Not to mention it’s got a short blade. A must have for the collectors.
