The shake is flavourless and the texture is lumpy and very unpleasant indeed. The cinnamon is undetectable and the apple is only discernable as dehydrated lumps.Apparently formulated on the outdated principle that "natural" means coarse and bland, and if it tastes nasty it must be good for you!

Disgusting , weird.
Tastes really weird. Lumps of oats , unpleasant grainy texture. Wouldn’t use it as a shake. Might be good in cooking but that wasn’t my plan.
