These are amazing! They are so bright. I ordered more for family members. I finally got a chance to use them this week when a bad storm came through and I lost power. These bulbs made a HUGE difference. I highly recommend! I kept them plugged in and charging when I didn’t need them. Then when I needed them, I simply turned them on. They come with another component that you can twist the bulbs in, to hang them for higher light (if your plugs are low or on baseboards). Highly recommend!! UPDATE: I’ve read the overall summary provided by Amazon and read that some say they must be plugged in to work. I never take mine out if the plug. When my lights went out, I just kept the bulbs in the plug and turned them on. However, if you don’t want to use the bulbs in the plugs when the power is out, they also come with a little hanging component that you can screw the bulbs in. The bulbs must be plugged in or screwed into the alternate component to work. I am ordering more today for other family members. I ordered the cool and I had great lighting when my power went out.

I don't know what the deal is but these bulbs don't charge up at all. I left one on in it's charging adapter all night and most of the morning. Well guess what, it doesn't work imagine that. The finger touch doesn't work the wet cloth doesn't work it's a joke. So for now buy them at your own risk the ones I bought... I'm taking to the range 💥💥💥💥💥 UPDATE!!! I stand corrected the lights work great it was operator error on my part. So I'm not going to shoot them after all 😂

These lights ar wonderful. I put them in our lamp and sure enough when the electric went out it came on. I love the fact that you can also use the plug ( that's provided ) that you can plug in to wall socket, it has an on and off switch. That's a great feature for example in our bathroom in our apartment, We have no window so I can leave this plugged in but then in an outage I can turn it on and have light in there. I think these lights are great and I think every household should have at least one or two of these, especially if you have power outages on a regular basis. I also like the fact that they provide another socket that allows you to carry it and put it anywhere. Can actually string them outside along the porch if you wanted. It's a very useful product..

These self lighting. Bulbs are amazing. Gave mine to a buddy who spends far too much time crawling through attics and crawl spaces. For him their far superior to trying to hold a flashlight in his teeth.

It does the job for very minimal light. Here are the pros.. They come with a cool hanger you can take anywhere. They charge with a separate socket or you can use them in a table lamp to charge them. Pretty bright up close and were somewhat charged out of the box. CONS There is no remote control so if you have them screwed into the ceiling as a regular light Guess what? you'll have to take them out and put the special attachment on and find a hook or something to hang them on. They seemed to dim really fast and by morning they were barley lit up. I felt the description of 8500 KW was exaggerated. Maybe up close they may look super bright.. Unless you can hang them from something turn on the button of the hanger, they woulnt work. So if you hang them from the ceiling they dont look that bright, however its more than enough to see to get to the kitchen or bathroom. Conclusion:: I am going to charge them all day in the provided socket and then see if they still look kind of lifeless once hung up. Update: what what other others said about these light bulbs going very dim very quickly is true. I wish I could return them because they just don’t give enough light after about five minutes. The big brightness is gone and you can barely see so you have to use several of them..
