Low Profile Thin Drip Tray Compatible with Gaggia Classic Pro

Absolutely thrilled with this purchase and the customer service that came with it! When I first placed my order for the low profile drip tray, I accidentally received a steam wand instead. While it was a mix-up, the company handled it with incredible professionalism and generosity—they issued a full refund without requiring me to return the incorrect item. I went ahead and reordered the drip tray, and this time it arrived exactly as expected.The drip tray itself is perfect—sleek, durable, and fits seamlessly into my setup. It’s low profile but does the job flawlessly, exactly what I needed. I couldn't be happier with the product or the experience. We bought this for our evo pro and it fit perfectly. After deciding we got the E24 and it fits the same! I also accidentally sent the extraction extender bar back with the evo pro and I asked if they could send me another one! They were awesome enough to send it to me and more! We were so stoked about how great they were and accommodating. I am so thankful!

This tray and solenoid valve pipe work with your factory default grid to allow more space for larger mugs beneath your portafilter. The drip tray does fill up faster, but that’s the trade off. The plastic is smooth (not crappy rough PLA 3D printed plastic) and looks like it was made professionally. This is what I was concerned about when ordering, as there are cheaper trays that are low quality 3D prints. If you want, you can slide the rubber grip off of the old (shorter) solenoid valve pipe and put it on the new (longer) pipe, as the new pipe doesn’t come with a rubber grip. Also it should be noted that this product does not include the metal grid/grill that sits on top of the tray, so you will need to keep the one that came with your machine to use with this.

The media could not be loaded. I was a little apprehensive to purchase this tray because it said it wouldn't work on any of the older models. I had purchased the Gaggia Classic 14101 from Amazon back in March of 2014. I figured what the heck, if it doesn't fit I'll just return it. I'm here to tell the owners of the older models that this tray fit in beautifully, although it didn't fit flush with the front of the metal tray like the original did (see photo) but it wasn't a concern for me. Also, the vent tube didn't fit as snug as the original, it hasn't fallen out yet, so we will see how that goes in time. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this to all owners of the older Gaggia Classic Espresso Machines.

The overall build seems to be better than most, however I do not believe it is necessary. In addition, it is a bit more expensive than others, so the value is missing.There is no real functional need for the low profile tray.The weight seems fine, and cleaning is easy with no noticeable leaks.

Does the job ! I can fit larger coffe cups with ease. Good price

Drip tray is really well build but the backflush pipe is super loose fitting, there's a lot of play left to right causing it to mis-align with the metal hole in the drip tray.
