This is amazing! I have psoriasis and dry sensitive skin, particularly after shaving. I used to use a different, cheaper brand that does work well but it’s very thick and takes a while to skin in. This cream is more like a lotion in consistency, which worried me at first because lotions tend not to be moisturising enough for me, but this does exactly the same job while being far nicer to use. It’s fragrance free (no weird, unpleasant smell either) skins in immediately and is incredibly moisturising, the pump is an added bonus! I used to use moisturisers every day, religiously, but I find I can skip a day when using this. It soothes skin after shaving (none of that irritated, tight, itchy feeling) and has helped with my psoriasis so much. I have only been using it for a few weeks so I’m very impressed with the results so far and will continue to repurchase. It’s worth the money.

No one is paying me for this review but as a long sufferer of pompholyx and severe hand eczema blisters peeling swelling red raw extremely painful hands I have to say this is the only cream that has ever helped and I have tried every lotion potion and steroid! Within 24 hours my hands are already healing I first bought on a boots £10 Tuesday and after two bottles of intense use my hands were back to new for about 5 months! I got a bit cocky and started washing up without gloves and put the heating back on now I’m in a flare but after getting a bottle delivered yesterday it’s already calmed right down. I’m only posting a review because I know how incredibly painful my skin has been and how everyone tells you to try so many creams but real talk as a real sufferer for me this is the best cream that actually repairs and heals hands I tried the e45 cream with urea as well thinking that might be the secret ingredient but it still itched like hell and didn’t absorb into my skin and that greasy feeling drove me insane 🙏

Really hydrates skin but takes a while to sink in but perhaps I put too much on.
