ve been using this headset while driving, and it has been a great addition to my daily routine. The sound quality is clear, the microphone picks up my voice well, and the noise cancellation helps cut down on road noise so conversations are easier to hear. The battery life is good, it’s comfortable to wear for long periods, and the controls are simple to use. For the price, this headset performs better than I expected. It’s lightweight, dependable, and does exactly what I need it to do as a truck driver. I'm speechless. It is easily 80% or more of the sound quality that a Blue Parrot provides. The build quality is definitely less than a Blue Parrot but exceptionally good for this price. I feel the loudness is better as well. You could buy six or seven of these for the price of one Blue Parrot. At that price point, who cares if you ever have an unresolvable warranty issue. Hypothetically speaking.

Great device! Great sound both ways! Great price! Great battery life! Light weight. Comfortable fit. I wanted to give it 5 stars, but the microphone stop working after about 9 months of use (not quite sure when I purchased it so could have been a year old). I could hear others clearly, and it wasn’t muted, but they couldn’t hear me. I’m giving the company the benefit of the doubt that it was something I did (maybe it got wet, or maybe I accidentally damaged it somehow). Since it was so inexpensive I just purchased another one (21 July, 26), but I will be watching out for everything this time and following all directions to see if it happens again (I noticed after the fact that I should only charge it for 3 hours). Also, it seemed that the button to end conversation did not respond well. Stay tuned for my follow-up review!

My husband is a truck driver and has been using this Bluetooth headset daily. I don’t know what to write about this item it’s sounds great compared to other expensive one but has a weak connection on the actual headset make it easy to break so open it from the box I have to return them and order a new one other than that everything is good

Bought in late October 2025 for work. They get used roughly 40 hrs week with 20-30 of those hrs spent on calls or meetings. The charge lasts a long time requiring charging about 1x week. Sound quality is very good. However the microphone has stopped working. I did notice some static a few times recently but not consistently. Worked fine in my 2pm meeting yesterday but not at all in my 3pm. I’ve tried unpairing, rebooting etc. I suspect it’s a hardware issue and can’t be fixed. I think the hardware itself wore down because the mic needs to be directly in front of your mouth or people can’t hear you. As a result you have to move it constantly to drink coffee, water or eat. It probably wore down. My webcam has a mic and people said they heard me great with it so I probably won’t get a new headset anytime soon.

Turns on easy and syncs up fast! I don't wear it until I get a call, I turn it on and within 3 seconds it's synced up with my bluetooth in my semi, well worth the money, the charge lasts forever too
