I was going to just keep this in my guest bedroom as my friend who visits regularly invariably forgets his charger and we end up with hair tearing drama.So I thought I will get this one, after all it doesn't cost much and it is nice and small- won't get in the way. Well, I have changed my mind - I'm going to keep it by my bed. The lead is longer than mine and it charges surprisingly quickly. He can have the old one!

This iPhone Fast Charger arrived on time and exactly as described on the description. The photo advertised is what I received so there was no nasty surprises when I opened the box.This charger has a 30W USB-C Fast Charger Plug with a 2 meter lightning cable. I got this for my iPhone 15 as the charger I had already was only 1 meter long and I was sick of leaning off my bed near my plug socket if I wanted to use and charge my phone at the same time. The extra meter means I can relax comfortably in bed whilst using my phone as it charges.There's not much to say about this charger other than it's great value for money compared to Apple. It does charge faster than usual which is great if your charging in a hurry. Also the quality has been good so far, I hope it lasts the test of time.

This charger pretty much does what it says it should. “Power delivery” works and available voltages are reported as advertised. It seems well built, and includes a blue LED when powered. In short, it should do what you want it to do. The included cable is fine, although feel free to replace it with a USB C to C cable as you wish of course. One thing that annoys me a little is that it’s not that quiet when charging and makes a sort of squeaking noise. Not too loud, but i couldn’t use it in a bed room.I’ve not been able to charge my iPhone faster than around 1.6A at 8.8V (14.4W), but I cross checked this against some beefier chargers I have and expect that it’s the phone itself that’s limiting power transfer. I also used a USB C to C cable to charge my iPad at 15V/1.4A (21.3W).I used a test load to check the other stated voltages if that interests you! The charger seems to struggle to match the stated output for low voltages: 5V/3A only delivers around 13.6W (not 15W) and 9V/3A 26.5W (pretty close to the target 27W), but again, from what I’ve seen with other chargers of this size this is pretty normal. For 12V and above the charger pretty much meets its specifications.

This is a 30W charger and has charged my wife's (nearly) out of battery iPhone 12 from 2% to 50% in about 30 minutes, which is great!One end of the cable is USB-C (going into the plug), the other end is a lightning connector. The cable length is as advertised and 2m long. The cable can also be substituted and other USB-C > USB-C / Micro USB cables can be used to charge other things. It also charges my Macbook Pro M1, albeit at a slower rate.

The 2m USB C to Lightning cable looks well made, with plenty of flexibility and strength, aided by a reinforcing shoulder where the cable enters the connector.My Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is easily super fast charged by this 30W charger. I haven't pushed the device hard yet, but for every day use this looks like an excellent charger.
