I am struggling with arthritis and the pain in my shoulder has been keeping up at night. I saw a video on YouTube about castor oil and decided to give it a try. Made pads for the shoulder wrap out of 100% cotton flannel and used the neck and shoulder wrap while I laid on a heating pad for about an hour. Left it on after turning off the heating pad and slept thru the night. OMG this worked so well! Pluses: the shoulder and neck wrap kept all the oil off my sheetsThey were comfortable to sleep inThey are well made and water/oil proofEasy to put on and adjust the VelcroCons: I haven’t washed yet so I don’t know how well they will hold upThis has been one of my favorite purchases because I don’t have to take anything for pain and this is doable. Please know that I am not completely pain free, and this process may not work forever but the level of relief I feel today is great.

All the pads were good except the shoulder. It doesn’t fit quite right.

Have only used the shoulder compress but works great on my athlete!

I like the softness of material, I use for neck & back, unfortunately not large enough to connect around lower back. Do you have larger size? Please point out thanks

These are thin and over priced. I doubt they are organic. There is no certification and they are cheaply made. I would not buy these again.

This set has more options than another set I bought. I needed a shoulder wrap to apply a fomentation (an organic cloth soaked in 2 times strength tea that is placed over problem area) of Dr Christopher’s BF & C for an injured shoulder.This shoulder wrap works amazing for my needs.
