BELL MX-9 MIPS Dirt Helmets

This a great helmet for the price point. The fit is comfortable and feels good, as long as you’ve got the proper size. Good amount of padding and is well made. Lots of different designs and graphics, so it was hard to pick which ones to get.

Tried two other Chinese helmets before buying this one. Returned them both. Neither fit me very well. The Bell fit me well and is very comfortable. I also believe it will stand up better in an accident.

True to size chart. Helmet is made very well not too heavy and comfortable after broken in. Good bang for you buck.

Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and buy a good, well made helmet. There are 50 dollar dirt bike and ATV helmets you can easily find but if you care about your kids or family just get this basic Bell MIPS helmet and protect their heads. Its worth the extra money instead of a trip to the hospital or worse.

I have 4 helmets, all size L, from four different brands. They all fit slightly differently. My GMax Adventure is the loosest of the bunch, my Thor and this Bell are on the tighter end. My Fox splits the difference.The Bell fits the top of my head ok, but its tight in the face area. I swapped out the cheek pads on the Bell with slightly smaller pads, it made a pretty noticeable comfort difference. But that's an added expense.I haven't crashed in this helmet so I can't comment on safety, but it's a very reputable brand with the latest MIPS system so I'm pretty confident in it.
