Lumie Mini, Compact Bright Light Therapy Lamp for Improved Mood, Energy and Alertness

Don’t let the size fool you. This thing is bright. Like, “did I just stare into the sun?” bright. Perfect for dragging yourself out of bed on gloomy winter mornings, it really does the job. Only downside is the light is quite harsh. Would’ve been nice if they used the same ripple diffuser from the full-size version. After a while, it starts to feel more like eye day at the opticians than gentle morning light therapy. Still, it’s compact, powerful, and genuinely effective. Just… don’t sit too close.

I recently purchased the Lumie Mini Compact Bright Light Therapy Lamp and it has been a wonderful addition to our daily routine. As somebody who works from home occasionally, I wanted something that could help lift our spirits, especially during the darker winter months. This lamp has exceeded my expectations in so many ways and is as effective as the standard Lumie lamp that we also have.Pros:Compact and Portable: The small size makes it easy to move around the house and take us minimal space.Bright and Effective: The 10k lux light at a close distance is powerful enough to make a noticeable difference in our mood and energy levels. I feel more awake and productive after using it for just a short time each day.Simple to Use: The one-button operation at the top of the lamp is much easier to access than the full size lamp. I can easily turn it on and off without any fuss.Cons:One Brightness Level: It would have been useful to have adjustable brightness settings, but the single level has been very effective.May not be suitable for all users. Need to so some research before purchasing if you have sensitive eyes or any other eye condition.

Love my Sad lamp use first thing in the morning and works for me feel brighter and more awakeOnly grip is that it doesn’t turn off after 40,60,90 minutes .

I love this product only had it a week and the little light of sunshine really cheers you up on these dark mornings! I have it on my bedside table and turn it on as soon as I wake up for 30 mins gradually moving it to face me as it’s bright. I take it to the kitchen and use it instead of the kitchen light as it’s just great and wakes me up! I don’t have SAD but you don’t have to to use this and that’s why I opted for the mini which is enough. I always crave daylight and go walking at 6am usually so this is defo the next best thing. Lightweight and portable so will be able to take it away with me. I paid £48 it’s now down to £39 - will make great Xmas gifts!

Very bright, it's small so can put anywhere

Very bright. I do feel it helped over the winter when it was dark too much. Some may find it helpful.

Very good does what it should

I am not sure if this is helping with SAD but it is very bright and definitely feels like it wakes me up more in the morning. Seems well built.
