Will this dissolve in cold water?

Yes it does, I use it to make iced coffee all the time. It is a super fine grind, powdery. I like it a lot. I have ordered it 2x now and will order again.

How many servings per bag?

A serving of instant coffee uses about 2 grams (one rounded tsp) coffee per 200ml water (6.75 oz). There are 28.35 grams per ounce, so this is a 14oz bag has 369.9 grams of coffee within. At 2g per serving, that yields 198.45 servings.

Is this a light roast or medium roast coffee?

definitely not light. medium to medium dark. try tastle organic for a light roast freeze-dried coffee.

For those who like the taste, are you adding sweetner or sugar? Cream only for me.

I use it to make large bulletproof mochas. Mixes great with a hand blender: 2 tbsp coffee 2 tbsp unsalted butter 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp Lakanto monk fruit (has erythritol, too) 20 oz hot water
