Simple, fast, smooth and affordable!
I've been using my refurbished Chromebook ("excellent') for about three weeks, and am so pleased with it. It is fast, intuitive, has a generous, bright display and operates so smoothly. This for a third of what I paid in 2017 for my Acer Aspire E15, which cannot run Windows 11 and in any case had become cumbersome and frustrating functionally. I am a basic user -- e-mail, writing, light social media use -- and this Chromebook suits me well. Syncing to Android phone even gives me access to text messages on my Chromebook, which may be overkill, but which is nonetheless nice for when I misplace my phone (which never happens, right?) I love that it starts without a hitch upon opening, and shuts down quickly; it all just feels so much faster, simpler and streamlined than the old Windows Acer, and according to research before buying, I'll have support for this Chromebook for at least five years. Nice, too, to learn more about Google Drive and storing files and photos in the cloud (15GB free), rather than cluttering my own computer. Finally, as a matter of principle, it's nice to have a refurbished product that is good as new without contributing to the production of new electronics. Speaking of which, Staples will recycle your old hardware at no cost; that's where I took my old Acer laptop. Highly recommend this refurbished Chromebook in excellent condition!

Great quality
Great laptop for a college student! The screen is huge and great quality. Comes with a charger and a nice zipper case with pockets for the laptop! It came in almost new condition with just one little scuff. Connects to WiFi super easy and we love it!

Plug & play. Easy peasy.
I bought the 40" TV for my 29 foot travel trailer and it's just right! I plugged it in and Shazam I was watching it 10 minutes later. It's plug & play! The picture is great, sound is good. I'm diggin' it.

Nice overall but battery life not so good.
The condition of the one I received is great, looks new. Others mention that the screen isn't great but I find it much better than my 14in Lenovo Idea Pad 3. Just received it but at this time everything seems to work as it should. My only gripe would be the battery life. Numerous reviews say it lasts all day. When I charge this one it starts out saying "11 hours left" but after just an hour or so that drops to "6 hours remaining" and it switches to low power mode after 4.5 hours. I'll see if there is a way to re calibrate the battery like a phone and update. I use it at home mostly so it's not a major problem but if you're buying it to carry around away from home or work I'd suggest you check the battery usage and charge and drain it a few times before the return date so you know how much time your battery is actually good for.

Great For Web Browsing, and Email
I’ve never owned a Chromebook until now, and I’d compare it to a laptop, just with less storage and power. This particular Acer 315 model doesn’t not have a touchscreen, unfortunately. It has 2 USB ports, 2 C Ports, headphone capability, and a MicroSD. I go days without charging the battery, and use it every day for browsing, email, and many other tasks that help make my day run smoother. The design seems just a little bulky, but it’s also packing a 15 in screen. It’s only compatible with Android currently, but who knows? That something that could change. Chromebook has a new fan here.

Was pretty good, games(Roblox, etc) are laggy tho
I was actually really skeptical about getting this because it was used/renewed but it was actually really good! The only thing is if you want to play games this computer isn’t really for you so things like Roblox may crash sometimes or be a bit laggy, so it’s good for things like business or hobbies like writing and etc, I love it tho!!
