Has this changed over the last few yrs? Used to make it a lot and was great. Now that I'm making it again, it's not so good.

it is only dried bread with a little seasoning so no it hasn't changed that way. the bag is smaller, and it cost way to much on Amazon

Can the finished product be frozen?

I have used this product for years, however I do add salt, pepper, chopped onions and dried sage to it. I also use chicken stock to make it, so I make a bunch in the fall and freeze it in serving sizes for my family. It works great and we use in in place of potatoes for some meals.

Are the spices (herb seasoned) already on the bread in the bag???

Yes - all the spices are added. Instructions for making the stuffing are on the bag - amount of liquid, butter and anything else you would like to add.

Is this product Kosher? What is the hecksher?

After a little investigation it appears that there isn’t any meat or dairy in the ingredients. However, I did find one ingredient, calcium propionate that I’m not sure about. It says that it’s an “organic salt used mainly as a preservative in breads”. I’m just not sure if it originates from animals. I’m sorry that I can’t be more positive about the answer.
